Sarlan Builders handled both design and construction on Sweet Rose. The counter was designed to meet unique challenge of trying to fit the ice cream shop into a narrow space. We ran it diagonally through the shop so both the employees and customers would have room to move around, and we set a chest freezer inside of it, so the customers could grab to-go pints right by the register.

Sweet Rose 4 required an extensive remodel of a building that had previously been split into two stores. Our work included a new foundation, a repaved parking lot, and a lawn area out back, in addition to all of the standard work in setting up one of the Sweet Rose shops. We designed it to hold the same charm as all the other Sweet Rose locations, while giving it a distinct look that fits with the space.
